Return and Refund Policy
澜若乾供应链管理(武汉市)有限责任公司 operates MythosReel and sells digital streaming access rather than physical goods. Nothing needs to be shipped back; eligible requests are handled as refunds and access adjustments.
Request window
Submit a refund request within 7 days after payment confirmation. If mandatory consumer law gives you a longer period, that longer period applies.
Eligible requests
A refund may be approved for a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, paid access that was not delivered after reasonable troubleshooting, or content that becomes unavailable during the purchased access period. We may request the order number and information needed to verify the issue.
Normally ineligible requests
Unless required by law, a change of mind is normally not refundable after a paid episode has been streamed or substantially consumed. Requests may also be denied for account sharing, access-control circumvention, fraud, abuse or an issue caused by the viewer's unsupported device or network after workable alternatives were provided.
How to request
Open a support case or email our viewer customer-service channel. Include the order number, purchase email, affected title or episode, reason for the request and any useful screenshot. Never send card numbers, passwords or one-time verification codes.
Review and payment timing
We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days and normally decide complete requests within five business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. The payment provider or bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the funds.
Effect of a refund
When a refund completes, the related streaming entitlement is revoked and the accounting record is reversed. A partial refund removes only the refunded scope. If a full-story upgrade is refunded, any earlier eligible episode access may be restored where technically applicable.
